Glynn Electric was selected
to be responsible for all of the underground
utilities for this massive project, including:
primary power, fire alarm, site lighting and
cable/telephone.
In addition to handling all of the infrastructure-level
work, Glynn was also awarded the tenant
fit-out contracts for several retail clients
including: Dick's Sporting Goods, Michael's,
Bed, Bath
and Beyond, Petco, Circuit City and TGI Friday's.
Part of the work completed for this diverse
list of national retailers included electrical
power, lighting
and distribution, fire/alarm systems, telephone/data
wiring and infrastructure. |

| The project was executed
as planned. Glynn was proud to be selected
to handle phase two of the project development
as well. This project, Colony Place Village,
included 36 retail establishments and satellite
restaurants. This project called for the same
expertise and resources as phase one, but also
included the stand alone
fire alarm systems and the central fire alarm
system which monitors all tenants' sprinklers. |
