The Human Resource Manager will identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale. This position will also maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, vacation, and other personnel packages and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.

· Development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals

· Creating and revising job descriptions

· Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s evaluation program

· Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures

· Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

· Performing benefits administration

· Maintaining affirmative action programs

· Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel

· Conducting employee relations counseling

· Conducting exit interviews

· HRIS management and reporting

· Maintaining department records and reports

· Participating in administrative staff meetings

· Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

· Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

· Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling meetings with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors

· Monitor the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision

· Handle confidential matters with discretion

· Benevolent Fund Management

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

· 3+ years in human resources

· Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset

· Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

· Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems

· Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

· Understanding of federal HR laws
