Role: Service Project Manager For Small Projects

Glynn Electric is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our project management team to perform the responsibility specified below.

The electrical project manager will be responsible for all phases of their projects. To include planning, pricing, budgeting, material ordering, project completion, proper manpower and billing. He or she will also work hand and hand with the service dept. to assure all projects get completed in timely fashion, with positive cash flow, highest level of satisfaction and quality to the customer

Competencies Required for the role

Demonstrate understanding and enthusiasm in agreement with the vision and mission of Glynn Electric.

Possess a Journeyman or Masters electrical license and excellent communication skills at all levels.

Ability to provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.

Strong leadership skills and self-motivated.

Proficient in using various software (excel, Spectrum).

Knowledge in electrical design and drawings.

Experience with contract documents (drawings, addendums, change orders, RFI’s and contracts.

Familiar with electrical equipment, materials and specifications.

Ability to estimate jobs while providing materials, accurate scope and execution for work orders.

Ability to negotiate all customer concerns in a timely fashion with resolution for customer and company.

Work with dispatchers in allocating manpower for service calls.

Provide support for all techs during work hours and after hours Emergency calls.

Ability to work with customer and provide schedules and manpower requirements for work orders.

Ability to review plans in detail to find discrepancies that could cost Glynn Electric or customer money.

Ability to create relationships with customers and earning their trust.
