Matthew Glynn, President Matt has been president
of Glynn Electric since 1985. Matt is a valued
design expert who will develop a preliminary
concept into
a complete plan to meet the customers needs and
budget. Always at the forefront of the industry
on new products, ideas and innovations, Matt
Glynn continues
to coach Glynn Electric to be a winning team.
Matt holds both a MA & NH
Journeyman license as well as a MA & NH Master
Electrician License. He is a graduate of Accubid
Training and a Member
of the RIFPA, member MCI, member Plymouth Area
Chamber of Commerce and is listed in the Who's
Who of American Executives.
Michael Glynn,
Vice President After retiring as
an Officer and Pilot from the U.S. Navy, Mike earned
his MBA from Suffolk University in 2004.
Mike's Navy
career began after graduating from the
U.S.
Naval Academy in Annapolis MD. Prior to his retirement
as a Pilot, Mike was Maritime Patrol Commander/Instructor
Pilot of a P-3 Orion aircraft. He also served as
US Navy Liaison Officer to the Royal Air Force
Maritime Patrol/NATO.
Mike is Chief Financial Officer
of Glynn Electric. In that capacity he is responsible
for all financial
aspects of the company, maintaining relationships
and reporting for banks and bonding companies.
He is also responsible for annual financial reports,
setting budgets, projecting sales targets and establishing
company policy and procedure.
Mike also
graduated from Vineyard Leadership Institute,
Columbus OH, (Distance Learning).
Steve
Healey, Operations Manager Steve works with and manages
all of our Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers
and Division Managers from manpower staffing to project
budgets. Steve has extensive work history as a Project
Manager and an estimator, managing and estimating
projects ranging from $25,000 to
$20,000,000. He is trained and highly proficient in
AccubidPRO, CONEST, McCormick, Vision Estimating programs
and MasterBuilder, Prolog, Quickbooks and Timberline
Project Management Programs. Steve is a Licensed Journeyman,
Master Electrician and Massachusetts Licensed Second
Class Fireman. Steve, with over 25 years experience
in the electrical field, is an integral part of our
highly qualified managerial staff.
Mike Fopiano,
Service Division Manager, Security Division Manager Mike has been in the electrical
field for the past 15 years. Mike currently manages
the electrical
service and systems divisions. Mike’s experience
has been based on a wide variety of projects pertaining
to electrical distribution, fire alarm systems, security
systems, CCTV, card access systems, intercom, and HVAC
controls. Mike is also one of the electrical instructors
for the Glynn Electric apprentice program.
Chris
Machado,
Tel/Data Division Manager Chris has been in the
telecommunications field for over ten years and joined
Glynn Electric in 2006.
He has managed, estimated and installed projects
for the financial, retail, health care and
education business sectors. He is a BICSI member and
holds several product certifications
Vito
Rubini,
Purchasing Manager Vito Rubini is Glynn Electric's
Purchasing Manager who is willing to go the extra mile.
He has over 14years electrical industry and
has been with Glynn Electric since 1998.Vito has been
a Journeyman electrician for over eight years. He is
also one of the instructors in our ELIP training program.
Dave
Small,
Chief Estimator A Glynn Electric employee
since 1994, Dave began working in our estimating department
in 1996. Dave's professional demeanor and dedicated
work ethic keep him on time with responses and bids
and makes him a valued team player. Clients say Dave
is motivated, well organized and highly competitive.
Ray
Leclerc, Project Manager Ray has over 25 years
electrical experience, starting at Glynn Electric in
1987. He is a licensed Journeyman and Master elecrician
in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Ray utilizes
his excellent interpersonal communication and problem
solving skills to exceed client expectations.
Tony
D'agostino, Project Manager Working at Glynn Electric
since 1988, Tony is considered an expert in his field.
His knowledge and experience span across all components
of our business including residential, commercial and
medical. His organization
and troubleshooting skills keep projects on time and
within budget. Tony holds both a Master electrician's
license and a Journeyman's license.
Mike
Purdon,
Project Manager Mike has over 22 years experience in the electrical
field, receiving his Journeyman license in 1991. Mike
joined the Glynn team in 1998. He has been involved
in everything from small commercial projects to large
service upgrades and multimillion dollar projects during
his years at Glynn Electric. Coordination and scheduling
are some of Mike's stronger abilities.
Wendy
Deboer,
Assistant Project Manager Wendy has ten years experience
of project assistance in construction and joined Glynn
in 2006. She works
with our Operations Manager, all our Project Managers
and Division Managers. Her experience includes overseeing
a satellite office for a General Contractor where she
was an effective liaison between the Customer, Project
Managers, Subcontractors and the home office; a Quality
Assurance Manager and a CPA Assistant. Wendy holds
an Associates Degree in business and is a past member
of SOCAP.
Debi
Hardy,
Human Resources Debi has been with Glynn
Electric since 1999. She began her career with Glynn
as the Administrative
Assistant and was promoted to Office Manager. Presently,
she is the Human Resource Manager. Besides overseeing
that the company is in compliance with Federal & State
Laws pertaining to labor, wage and employment, Debi
works with the management team on all HR relations,
policies & procedures for the company. She also
administers the company’s benefits plans and
gives guidance to all personnel seeking information
related to benefits, company policies and procedures.
Debi has a BA in Education and is HRPD certified.
Heidi
Walsh,
Receptionist Heidi is the first person you meet as you
enter the Glynn Electric offices. She is the pleasant
voice behind the phone and if there is a person with
whom you need to get in contact, she will be the one
to help you. Heidi holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal
Justice and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts
at Dartmouth.
